Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline

Minimum 5 years’ experience in System Operations, Product Operations, Business Systems, or related roles

Experience within logistics, supply chain, warehousing, or express delivery industries highly regarded
-
Strong documentation and process mapping capabilities
-
Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
-
Experience working with product, operations, and technical teams
-
Familiarity with workflow systems, CRM, ERP, or operational platforms

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
-
Experience using AI tools and automation solutions to improve operational efficiency

Experience with logistics operational systems is highly preferred
