Key Responsibilities:

• Client engagement
  Engage with customers to understand the project needs, goals, budget, and timelines.
  Support related sales by providing technical expertise and presenting tailored solutions.
• Solution Design and Engineering
  Provide technical support, solution design (Incl. Structural calculations) and project quotations.
  Solution presentation, product marketing, case studies.
• Execution Support
  Conduct regular site inspections during the installation process to verify correct installation and in accordance with the design plans.
• Industry Innovation
  Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the solar industry

Key Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Engineering; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Experience:
2+ years working for a Solar PV Project, a PV EPC or structural engineering consulting firm company, or an independent engineering firm.
Experience with Australian Standards – AS1170.2, wind loading and structural checks.
Proven experience in developing and implementing technical solutions for large – scale projects, including project management and customer – facing responsibilities

Skills:
Advanced Excel for data analysis, coordinating projects, and reporting.
Detailed understanding of Solution Design & engineering principles.
Proficiency in project management tools.
SPACEGASS, Multiframe, SAP2000 or any other structural tool.
PVCase, PVSyst or any other solar software.
