Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline
- Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO operations, customer service operations, business operations, or related fields
- Experience within logistics, express delivery, supply chain, or transportation industries is highly regarded
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organisational and coordination abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive mindset with strong execution capability
