Key Experience:
- Assist with the review, drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts, including supply agreements, service agreements and project contracts;
- Support the sales and project teams during bid and contract execution stages;
- Identify potential commercial and contractual risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies;
- Work with internal stakeholders across sales, delivery, finance, operations and legal teams;
- Support contract administration and ensure compliance with contractual obligations;
- Assist in maintaining contract templates and internal legal documentation;
- Monitor relevant regulatory or policy developments impacting the renewable energy sector;
- Provide general legal and commercial support to the business on project-related matters.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Juris Doctor (JD)
- Recently admitted or working towards admission as a lawyer in Australia
- Strong interest in commercial law, infrastructure or renewable energy
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with commercial and non-legal stakeholders
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
