Key Responsibilities:

Build & Lead: Establish and supervise daily import operations (ocean) for the Australian market.
Compliance Mastery: Ensure 100% adherence to Australian customs regulations (ABF, AQIS), import laws, and duty/tax protocols.
Client Partnership: Serve as key liaison for high-value clients and global partners, resolving complex shipment issues proactively.
System Implementation: Optimize our global digital platform for Australian workflows and reporting.
Team Development: Mentor and train future operations staff as the team expands.
Performance Metrics: Monitor KPIs (On-time delivery, clearance speed, cost control) and implement continuous improvements.
Cross-Border Collaboration: Coordinate seamlessly with China HQ, U.S., and Vietnam teams for end-to-end shipment lifecycle management.
