Requirement:
- Lead Australia business performance across sales, profitability, inventory productivity and operational excellence.
- Drive merchandise, ranging and inventory strategies to optimise SKU productivity, improve stock turn and maximise commercial outcomes across the retail network.
- Identify market trends and customer preferences to deliver a product mix that resonates with Australian consumers and supports sustainable growth.
- Partner with global stakeholders to execute local growth initiatives, elevate brand presence and ensure alignment with global business objectives.
- Lead, develop and inspire high-performing retail and support teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Oversee key stakeholder relationships, business planning and expansion opportunities to strengthen market position and drive long-term success.
